This is my chapter chat, for this week I did a poster to help stop Covid 19. I did five pictures to match some of the ways to stop COVID 19 I drew a picture of someone sneezing, a tap running into the sink, a bottle of hand sanitizer, a house, and a car. When I had drawn those five pictures I had no room to draw any others so I just wrote some other ways to stop it. The hardest part about this task was doing the eyebrows because one of the eyebrows was just a big smudge of pen and I had to make it into something. The easiest part was thinking of ways to stop COVID 19.
I have also done this. I did Creation station, the task was to make Fudge's 3rd birthday cake, I made a vanilla sponge cake with cream and jam in the middle and icing sugar on the top. To create the 3 on the top of the cake I drew a three on some paper and then cut it out and put it on the top. The easiest part was putting on the cream and jam and the hardest part was folding the mixture and separating the egg whites from the yolk. I enjoyed doing this activity.
I'm Oscar, I'm a year 6 at N.P.S., I enjoy running around climbing and playing sport especially Cricket and 1500m.

Egg carton poppy wreath
This is the poppy wreath that we made for our house. The wreath was one of the tasks on whoogle for the Anzac challenge. To start we cut out some parts of an egg carton then we cut four slits down the side after that we painted the inside red we waited for it to dry and then painted the outside red and the middle black. We didn't know how to join the up but we ended up attaching to big pieces of paper to each other with sellotape. To make them a perfect circle dad made a compass using some string and a pencil tied to his finger and then we hot glued them on to the paper. To put it on to the house we used blue tack. The hardest part was thinking about how to attach all the poppy's together and how to put in on to the house, another hard thing was taking the photo because the sun was right in our eyes. the easiest part was painting them even though it took a very long time.

C.C. T2 W2
These are my mugshots. I wore a black sweatshirt a black had and dad drew a black eye and a goatee on my face. we also did my height in the background. Dad did the black eye in charcoal and the goatee in whiteboard marker. I also did some random numbers on the sheet of paper that I am holding. The hardest part was trying to put the measurements at the right height and on the first photo, Max was making stupid faces. The easiest part was getting a black sweatshirt because those are pretty much the only colour sweatshirts that I have.

Bubble reflection.
What have been some positives?
The positives have been that we can still go for bike rides and walks around the streets.
What have been some challenges?
The most challenging thing has been not being able to go down to the cricket nets with Ollie and Patrick.
What new skills have you learned?
The skill I have learned is how to cook. I have helped cook gooey caramel Anzac slice, the icing for chocolate fudge slice and ginger kisses.
What do you miss the most?
The thing that I have missed the most is not being able to play sports and not being able to see my friends.
Zentangle hand.
This is the Zentangle hand that I have done. It was hard tracing around my hand and making the lines straight. I made up some of the patterns and the other ones I got from the zentangle doc. After I got the hang of it, it was super easy.

Chapter chat week 1 term 2
This is my chapter chat for this week, the task was to draw Mrs. Fargo's jelly bean jar and two other activities, as you can see I have done the jelly bean jar. I liked colouring in the jelly beans, so that was my favorite part about it, my least favorite part was having to thin sharpie and draw all of the jelly beans, and the easiest part was writing on big bold letters "JELLY BEAN JAR".
I have also done a turtle enclosure, for the pool I did a container with some rocks in it and some bark leading up to it. For shelter, I used a fake rock from one of my old dinosaur sets and cut a hole in it. For the base, I put in some soil and then I used some weed's, bark, rocks, leaves, and sticks to make it look more natural. the hardest part about this was working out how to put the water in and the easiest part was doing the weeds and leaves etc.
